That is, they’ll let ‘trans’ students play on either boys or girls teams. (If they were truly eliminating gender distinctions, they’d have completely sexually mixed teams, but thus far, nobody is proposing that. I guess that’s still too radical a step for even progs, thus far… I guess we should be thankful for small mercies, eh?)
It’s an awful idea, as Stella Morabito points out, for multiple reasons, not the least of which would be allowing trans to use whichever changeroom they want, and shower with members of whichever sex they claim to be…
All the more reason for parents who oppose this, to withdraw their children from public education, and homeschool them / private school them / church school them.
